Powder Coating

Our products are polyester powder coated to a RAL colour of your choice. Our in-house polyester powder coating process, provides excellent anti-graffiti and stain resistance properties with high aesthetic appearance.

We use a 3 stage pre-treatment process on all powder coated surfaces to ensure maximum adhesion resulting in longevity and durability of the finished product. We powder coat to a depth of 75/100 microns. Sample tested to 1,200 hours salt water spray.

Anti Graffiti

All mailboxes can, in addition to the standard ‘extralife’ coating, be further protected by an additional coat of ‘anti-graffiti’ lacquer.

Decorative Laminates

Our mailboxes can incorporate a wide range of features – a new and exciting development is the use of laminates to create a unique and striking impact.

A range of extremely flexible premium, self adhesive laminates with pressure sensitive, permanent adhesive. Available in a wide range of patterns, which faithfully reproduce wood, metal, marble, leather, stone, stucco etc. Providing unlimited creative flexibility and architectural freedom.
